All individual FloatBricks have a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, while accessories like the Manual Winch come with one-year warranties. In practice, many FloatBricks last upwards of 15 years with minimal maintenance – some of our first FloatBricks customers are still using their original docks.
Yes, you can drive any vessel of up to 2,500kg (with the correct accessories) onto a FloatBricks dock. Once a vessel is docked, it will stay in place until you launch it again by pushing it past the balance point – at which point the vessel’s own weight will pull it back into the water.
While many vessels can be docked and launched without assistance, heavier vessels may benefit from wind-on and wind-off winches, which can be attached to your FloatBricks dock.
FloatBricks are generally maintenance-free. They’re made of high-density polyethylene – the same material used in industrial piping and plastic lumber. While the bottoms of the bricks may accumulate biofouling over time, they don’t require cleaning and won’t be degraded by salt or UV exposure.
Keep in mind that certain FloatBricks accessories, such as the Heavy-Duty Wind-Off Winch System, include non-HDPE components and do require maintenance occasionally.
FloatBricks are modular and very versatile. We can custom design dock configurations to suit your unique situation.
Our FloatBricks range has been developed over the past 15 years, and, with 7 different bricks options, we’re confident we can design the right dock for your PWC or small boat.Â

Your FloatBrick dock’s attachment method depends on your jetty. If you’re docking next to a floating pontoon, for example, your dock will be roped off and tied to the cleats. By contrast, you can attach your dock to a fixed jetty with options like high-rise brackets, fixed brackets, and location posts.
Talk to one of our consultants about the best way to secure your FloatBricks dock. If you’re docking at a marina, it’s also worth checking what fixtures are allowed – rules can vary.
