Explore our full selection of dry docks – suitable for any boat and any berth.
Upgrading to a dry dock like the SeaPen just makes sense.
Say no to boat ramp queues and antifoul headaches.
Launch directly from your berth with one button push – the simplest way to get out on the water.
Antifoul is a marine-grade pesticide so toxic that the government has issued warnings about it.
Dry docking is healthier for you, your family, and the waterways you love.
Antifoul adds drag to your hull, which gets worse as it degrades.
An antifoul-free hull means you’ll perform better in the water (and save on fuel).
‘The SeaPen is the best investment we have made to our boating lifestyle.
My boat is completely dry, sitting at water level making it easy to get on board and go at any time.
I would recommend all boat owners to take a look at SeaPen.’

The sprawl of Sydney Harbour.
The twisting strands of Georges River.
The glitter of the open ocean.
Getting out there shouldn’t mean putting up with Sydney traffic, boat ramp queues, or marina restrictions.
When you have time, when you’re ready to fish or explore or spend time with your people, launching should be as simple as walking to your berth, climbing on board, and pressing a button.
And, with dry docks like the SeaPen, it can be.
The average boat owner uses their vessel 11 times a year when it’s on a trailer – but 20 times a year when it’s docked on a SeaPen.
That’s an 81% increase in time on the water.
Antifoul is marine-grade pesticide.
It’s terrible for your health, for the environment – and for your boat.
As soon as you apply antifoul, you’ll impact your vessel’s performance, adding a layer of friction that only gets worse as the coating starts to wear off.
Dry docks like the SeaPen keep your hull free of marine growth without toxic chemicals.
Drive on, press a button on your remote, and let the SeaPen’s proprietary drainage system clear out any remaining moisture.
Your boat – and your body – will thank you.
‘I’ve just had my Dockpro dock delivered and the experience was fantastic.
Craig and Jack here in Sydney couldn’t have been more professional and went above and beyond, thanks guys.
The product itself is great and does everything as advertised.’

A DOCKPRO dry dock lets you moor anywhere – but regulations don’t. Always check council and state government requirements for your mooring location before purchasing anything.
The SeaPen keeps your hull dry with its patented rope mat technology, which creates an air gap between your boat’s hull and the skin to allow for ventilation.
Keep your Jet Ski dry with FloatBricks – modular buoyant bricks that can be configured into drive-on dry docks, floating workstations, and everything in between.
The Parramatta River, Pittwater, Port Hacking – easily dry-dock your vessel across different waterways with the free-floating Floatlift. Solar power and swing mooring compatibility mean you aren’t restricted to powered berths.
The Elevator Boat Lift’s near-unlimited lift range makes it simple to dry-dock wherever you live. Attach it to cliffs and revetment walls in locations like Middle Harbour and Georges River.
The Four-Post Boat Lift keeps your boat high and dry in almost any docking environment – ideal for locations like Lake Macquarie and other tidal waterways.
Dock your boat along waterways like Brisbane Water with the Sunlift – an adjustable-range lift that needs as little as 25 centimetres of under-keel water.
The SeaPen doesn’t have a fixed lifespan. Both its frame and skin are built for durability, and, with regular servicing, it can support your vessel for upwards of a decade. Many of our customers’ SeaPens have been in service for over 15 years.
Any components that fail over time due to wear and tear can be individually replaced by one of our technicians. Keep in mind, though, that your SeaPen is just like your car or boat. It’s built for durability, but it still needs annual servicing to perform at its best (and preserve your warranty).
Make sure you book a maintenance service every 12 months.
There are hundreds of docking locations in and around Sydney. Finding the right location for your boat depends on factors like your address, your budget, and your vessel’s size. Within Sydney Harbour itself, Rose Bay Marina, Double Bay Marina, d’Albora Marina, and Elizabeth Bay Marina are all great options – and, even though securing a berth can be difficult, all 4 options have swing moorings too.
Further up the Parramatta River, other options include Corleone Marina Balmain, Birkenhead Point Marina, Corleone Marina Drummoyne, Woolwich Marina, d’Albora Marina Cabarita Point, and the various private moorings scattered throughout the various bays.
Through Middle Harbour, Clontarf Marina, d’Albora Marina the Spit, Northbridge Marina, Castlecrag Marina, and Roseville Marina are all strong choices. If you live in the Northern Beaches, though, Pittwater is probably a better location – its various yacht clubs and marinas mean it’s ideal for easy access to Broken Bay and the Hawkesbury River.
As an alternative to antifouling, the only disadvantage of dry docking is its upfront cost. Some Melbourne boat owners view annual antifouling as a more manageable expense – even though a SeaPen becomes more cost-effective after around 5 years of ownership.
In every other way, though, dry docking is the better choice.
