Our streamlined process makes floating platform hire easy and efficient, from consultation through to installation and support. Here’s how we ensure that your platform solution meets your specific needs and operates seamlessly throughout your rental period.
01
Book a consultation with one of our commercial specialists to find the right floating platform solution for your scenario.
If that solution is a FloatBricks platform, they’ll provide a quote and estimated lead time for platform hire.
02
If our quote and lead times match your requirements, we’ll move forward with designing your platform, which may involve us asking for additional information about your deployment environment and estimated loads.
Designs are typically completed in under 5 business days.
Once yours is ready, we’ll send you a 3D mockup (including specifications) for review and approval.
03
Once you’ve approved the final design, we’ll confirm your installation timeline and deployment location.
04
Our field technicians will transport all required parts to your specified deployment site, then assemble and float your structure.
Most FloatBricks structures are fully operational in less than a day.
Any required safety certifications can be provided upon deployment being completed.
05
After your platform is installed, you’ll be able to access live support by phone or email from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. AEST.
If you experience any technical issues that can’t be resolved remotely, we’ll send a technician out to your site as quickly as possible.
06
Once your rental period has finished, we’ll come back to your site to disassemble, clean, and pack up all components.

Like any material, FloatBricks can become hot when exposed to a sufficient level of thermal energy. Unlike conventional platform materials like aluminium, timber, and steel, though, FloatBricks have a low thermal conductivity, which means they transfer heat to other surfaces – like shoes and feet – more slowly.
In other words: any structural material will get hot if you leave it in the sun for long enough. FloatBricks, though, are less hot to stand on than other types of platforms. If you do have personnel operating in extreme heat conditions, you can install T-Top Dock Covers  on your platform to provide shade.    Â

Exactly how your FloatBricks are secured depends on your environment and application. If you’re deploying a FloatBricks structure next to a fixed structure like a jetty or pier, you can secure it with variable-height brackets or mooring lines.
For personalised advice, schedule a consultation with one of our commercial specialists. They’ll help you design an appropriate configuration for your use case, which can include advice around options like swing moorings and anchors.
